With her sensitive and dedicated approach, Thu has accompanied and guided hundreds of clients, from international individuals, children, and couples to families in Vietnam and around the world, helping them achieve deep and lasting transformation in their lives.

"My journey to becoming a master coach and trainer began with my own healing and connection with myself and my family. Through that process, I learned that true transformation starts from within. As a mother, I now see how coaching skills and NLP are not just professional tools - they are essential life skills.
My most important lifelong clients are myself, my children, and my family. Every day, my children, my husband, and my loved ones inspire me to grow, to become a better woman, a more present mother, a more loving wife, and a more impactful coach and trainer. My personal growth is the foundation of how I serve others, guiding them to find the same peace, clarity, and strength I discovered within myself.
Thu Vu is currently the Lead Trainer of UBEST in Da Nang, as well as a Certified NLP Trainer, Master Coach of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Master Practitioner of Timeline Therapy, and Master Coach of Hypnotherapy.
She has led numerous personal development programs and healing retreats for both adults and children - inspiring and facilitating profound inner transformation in their lives.
In addition, Thu actively contributes to advanced NLP training programs as a co-trainer and interpreter, helping thousands of students access world-class education alongside leading NLP experts across Asia.
"There is a couple come to see me because they are on the edge of separating. we had a discovery session and could be able to set goal for this relation coach for couple which is saving this marriage. Starting with the wife, after 6 hours of coaching, during a powerful session of perceptual position, she shouted:
